Dare to Dream at the 2025 National Leadership Conference
Orlando, Florida (July 5 - July 9, 2025)
At the National Leadership Conference, FCCLA members from across the country gather to network, attend leadership sessions, and engage in competitive events. This year's conference marked the largest attendance yet! Over 170 members and advisers proudly represented New Jersey FCCLA from July 5-July 9 in Orlando, Florida.

New Jersey FCCLA excelled in competitive events, with 68 gold medals, 54 silver medals, and 5 bronze certificates for STAR Events. Twelve New Jersey teams were in the Top 10, with four teams in the Top 3! We also had seven Skill Demonstration event participants and 17 Challenge Test participants, with four Top 3 winners. Our state association was also recognized for a membership increase in the 2024-2025 school year.

Congratulations to Dawn Santana, adviser of JFK Mustangs, who was awarded the Spirit of Advising Award! Kaya Bromiley and Chrissy Costa were on the NLC Content Creator team, capturing the magic of the conference through creative storytelling and social media. Natalia Prajzner (UCVTS) was a Top 15 Member of the Year Finalist. We are proud of our very own, Lucais Romo, who completed his term as the 2024-2025 FCCLA National Vice President of Programs.
The Ultimate Journey to the 2024 National Leadership Conference
Seattle, Washington (June 29 - July 3, 2024)
This summer, over 100 members and advisers represented New Jersey at the 2024 National Leadership Conference from June 29-July 3, 2024 in Seattle, Washington!

Starting the conference with an exciting Opening Session, Natalia Prajzner represented New Jersey FCCLA when singing the National Anthem! This year, New Jersey members excelled in competitive events, with 58 Gold, 38 Silver, and 7 Bronze medals. Twenty-one NJ projects even made it to the Top 10 in the nation, with fifteen teams in the Top 3. The JPS FCCLA team became First Place champions in the FCCLA/LifeSmarts Knowledge Bowl.

We are also proud to announce that one of our very own, Lucais Romo from New Jersey, was elected as the FCCLA National Vice President of Programs! Representing our state association, Amanda Chen concluded her term as the 2023-2024 FCCLA National President.
